Common faults and maintenance of ultrasonic welding machine
No matter any device is in use, there will be some large or small failures. So what are the failures of the ultrasonic welding opportunity, and what causes it, let's analyze it.
1. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator is off and there is no response.
Reason a, the power cord is in poor contact with the power socket; cause b, the machine power fuse is burned out.
2. When the power switch is turned on, the power indicator will light up, but there will be no action. When the ultrasonic detection button is pressed, there will be ultrasonic output.
Reason a, the 5-core wire connecting the mechanical base and the frame is open; Reason b, the mechanical program substrate is faulty.
3. After turning on the power switch, the power indicator lights up, but there is no action. After pressing the ultrasonic detection button, there is no ultrasonic output.
Reason a, check whether the emergency stop switch of the machine is pressed; reason b, the 110V or 24V power supply of the power transformer is abnormal; reason c, the mechanical program substrate is faulty.
4. The machine is working, but there is no ultrasonic output when the ultrasonic inspection button and operation button are pressed.
Reason a, the 110V power supply of the power transformer is abnormal, and cause b, the 110V power cord of the circuit board is off.
5. Press the test button to make the machine work normally, and press the operation button to make the machine inoperative.
Cause a, the action switch is damaged; cause b, the 5-core wire connecting the base and the frame is disconnected.
6. Press the ultrasonic detection button, the indicated value of the power load meter exceeds 20%, and the tuner cannot be lowered.
Cause a, sensor system failure; Cause b, mechanical power tube burned out.
7. When welding, the overload lamp of the machine is on, and the welding effect of the weldment is not good.
Reason a, the working air pressure of the machine is adjusted too large; reason b, the welding material is inserted too tightly; reason c, the inverter system is faulty.
8. The welding effect of the welding object is not good, but the overload lamp is not bright, and the ultrasonic output is weak.
Reason a, the 24V power transformer is abnormally powered, and the relay does not operate; Reason b, the three-terminal regulator lm7824 on the mechanical program board is broken.
9. The welding effect of the welding object is not good. Press the ultrasonic detection button and hear a roar.
Reason: There is a problem with the sensor system assembly.
10. Turn on the power switch and you can hear a faint roar.
Cause: One or two power supply tubes on the substrate are burned out.
11. During the operation, the welding joint drops, but there is no ultrasonic output, and the welding joint does not reset.
Reason a, the working air pressure of the machine is too low; reason b, the machine trigger preset button is damaged or improperly adjusted; reason c, the machine circuit board program board failure.
12. The ultrasonic output of the machine is normal, but the machine does not work.
Reason a. The air supply of the compression pump is abnormal. Reason b. The air circuit is blocked or the pneumatic components (solenoid valve, throttle valve or regulator) malfunction.
13. The machinery and sensor system are normal, but the welding effect is not good. Observe the electric load meter when the machine is working, and the indicated value is less than 20%.
Reason a. The falling stroke of the welding die exceeds the allowable range of the equipment; Reason b. Improper adjustment of the stop screw.
