Working principle of hot plate welding machine

The hot plate welding machine mainly uses a temperature-controlled heating plate to weld plastic parts. When welding, the heating plate is placed between the two plastic parts. When the workpiece approaches the heating plate, the plastic begins to melt. After a preset heating time, the plastic on the surface of the workpiece will melt to a certain extent. At this time, the workpieces are separated from each other, and the heating plate is removed. Then combine the two pieces together. When the hot plate stops working, allow the pressure to continue for a few seconds to make it solidify. In this way, a solid molecular chain is formed, the purpose of welding is achieved, the welding strength can be increased beyond the strength of the raw material, and the entire welding process is completed.

Hot plate welding machine welding steps:

(1): Reset state: When the equipment is in the stop state or start state of a work cycle, and the entire work cycle is in the automatic state, manually put the required welding plastic parts into the upper and lower molds (the mold is equipped with a vacuum suction cup for holding plastic parts Device)

(2) When the upper and lower plates are in hot pressing state, the upper and lower plates are in thermal contact state, and the welding surface of the plastic part to be welded is hot melt

(3) Hot melt state of plastic parts: the upper and lower rubber parts are all melted and cannot be carbonized within the predetermined fusion time

(4) When the welding time is up and the upper and lower molds are safe, the upper and lower plastic parts are at the same time away from the hot plate for a certain distance, and then the hot plate exits to the exit position

(5): The upper and lower plastic parts are closed under the action of the upper and lower cylinders. Within the preset curing time, the two rubber pieces are fused into one. After the welding is completed, the upper vacuum chuck releases the upper cover of the plastic part. The upper and lower templates are reset to the state (1), and the lower vacuum chuck is released. The welded rubber parts are manually taken out, and the machine is in standby for the next cycle of welding.
